Relaxing pick and cook workshop
We organise this workshop during your seminar or study day
A guide takes you in the Forest of Cise and along the coastal road or to the Bay of the Somme.
A walk where you pick edible wild plants, which are processed during the cooking workshop.
The plucking allows you to recognize the edible wild plants on the coast of Picardie.
Like garlic chive, garlic mustard, sea buckthorn, sea-aster, acanthus, comfrey, poppy, watercress, mustard, nettle, dandelion and glasswort.
Back in the kitchen, every one of you prepares a recipe of the collection of plants found.
A fixed rate : for a group of two to ten persons.
For more than 10 people, there is an extra charge per person. With a maximum of 10 extra people.
- The duration is about
two and a half hours Forest of Cise
- One and a half hours in the forest of Cise and along the coastal road. Start of the walk at the hotel.
- One hour in the hotel kitchen for the preparation.

- The duration is about three hours Bay of the Somme
- One and a half hours pick in Cayeux sur Mer, la Mollière, departure by car from the hotel.
- One and a half hours in the kitchen of the hotel-restaurant.
